Lofoten is celebrated for it’s beauty but is occasionally subject to extreme weather conditions, regardless of the season. Please be aware that there will be no refunds issued due to adverse weather conditions.

Cancellations:

All bookings are final.

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect you in case of any unexpected issues.

We of course want to ensure that you get to experience the trip of a lifetime, so should something arise please let us know so we can try and find a solution.

Travel Insurance:

You’re responsible for securing travel insurance that covers you and the activities planned on your trip. Post and Pohl Creative AS and our guides aren’t liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that might occur during the retreat.

Travel Insurance Suggestions: Many credit card companies offer travel insurance for card holders, sometimes at no additional charge. This can be a great solution!

Another company that has been recommended to us is Allianz Travel Insurance. We have heard good reviews but don’t have any personal experience with them.

Transportation:

Why can’t we offer driving transportation during our guided trips? Due to local business operating laws and driving regulations in Norway, we are not able to drive paying customers. That being said, it will be important to have access to a car during your time in Lofoten. During your trip, you can follow your guide while you drive from birding spot to birding spot.

Health and Wellness:

Your safety and comfort are super important to us! To help us create the best experience possible, please share any relevant health conditions or factors that could impact your experience.
